The quote that stood out to me was when a councilmen Dave Norris said, "To me, it's big brother in the sky." I want to know what he fully meant when he say this and why?
The Drone are here to help keep America safe from terrorist attack, and bombs. I wouldn't want for an aircraft drone to be flying around over top of me, plus little kids are bad these day so they probably start picking with it or throwing rock at the drones. So I really think it would be bad because what if they fire back then what would happen !!!
I can draw an inference back when I was young and I saw this spacecraft commercial, I asked my mom can she buy it for me. Of course she did, and I brought it everywhere, and it stayed flying. One time I was flying it in the schoolyard and these kids kept trying to throw stuff at it. I didn't like it so I made it fall on the boy's head and punched him. I got in trouble but still to this day I don't think I was wrong for that !

North Korea Blogg
Korean War part 2? by Choe Sang-Hun In Seoul the main idea of this story is, sixty years after the end of the war, tensions are rising on the Korean peninsula.
The quote that really caught my attention is when the old basketball player Rodman came back to the united states with a message from Kim Jong Un. Rodman said, "he wants Obama to do one thing: call him." That's kinda weird that the basketball star Rodman is close with an enemy Kim Jong Un.
I think it's crazy trying to go to war with the united states, North Korea don't know who they are picking a fight with. They bombs can't even reach across the sea, what make them think it's going hit us where it hurt. The news and government is just creating chaos all around the world, this shouldn't have been announced to the public, at least not yet.
Do you think Obama is scared? (WHY OR WHY NOT). Do you even care for this? Will our government do something if they take fire on us?

Time for a raise ?
Time for a raise by Patricia Smith is about Obama is raise minimum wage for 7.25 to 9 dollars a hour and store owners are scared they can't meet that damned so they going to have to let some people off meaning fire them.
The quote that really stood out to me was, "Would raising the minimum wage make it too expensive to hire workers" it stood out to me because people will get fired and wouldn't get hired if the raise minimum wage to 9 dollar a hour.
I think that Obama should just leave it alone and should never change the minimum wage, unless it's needed or if the world is doing good. The best thing to do is have the store owners pay 7.25 a hour so people wouldn't lose their job or be looking for jobs.
Me as a person I want a job, I want money in my pockets too. I can draw a inference to the future, because I don't have a job but I want one, I got my working papers. Soon I can start working and making money but if the minimum wage goes up it's a 50/50 chance that i might not get a job.

Slaughter of African Elephants
Slaughter of African Elephant by Samantha Strindberg and Fiona Maisels is Mainly about hunters killing elephants for their tusk and the author don't agree with it.
The quote that stood out to me was when the authors said, "There is nothing a mother elephant will do for her infant, but even she cannot protect it from bullets." This quote stood out to me because hunter are killing these animals for their tusk and not think about them animals are like humans, they have feelings.
I honestly think that elephant have humans qualities because for the mother elephant to protect her infant from guns is the same thing a human mother would do to their son or daughter. This article is very good and well spoken. Hunter should be thrown in prison for killing elephants for their tush.
In conclusion, hunters killing animals period is wrong and they should be handled but the government. What is going throw their skull when they kill elephants? Do they enjoy it? Do they feel some type of way afterward? It's sick.

The article "black smoke" by CNN (Rome) is about them waiting to see when the second round of voting is done and the black smoke will rise and a new pope would be decided.
The quote that really stood out to me in the story was when it said, "No smoke emerged after the first vote Wednesday morning, meaning the cardinals then entered a second round of voting." This really stood out to me because they making the people wait a long time just to select another pope.
I honestly , think its not that hard to pick somebody to be the pope, I wonder why the pope step down anyway, the last pope to resign was Pope Gregory XII in 1415 long ago. I think he stepping down because somebody have found out something he might of did or allowed in his church.
I can't really draw an inference to this because I'm not catholic, before I converted into Islam I used to go to church and read the bible that is the closes I ever got to catholic people or religion.

Sisters in Arms by James Dao , this article is mainly about The U.S military is lifting its long-standing ban on women in combat.
The quote that really caught my attention was when the in the story it said, "If the best shot in the platoon is a woman, I can make her a sniper." this stood out to me because they saying if she the best then they can make her better.
I personally think that this article is good and show the powerful sister in arms and how they are strong and can be equal to men. I honestly wouldn't want my sister, mom, cousin, or aunt joining an army of any kind, but I can't stop them. The army is dangerous for a female of any race of body type and the fact that they have a chance of getting shot in the head or tortured by a man.
I can draw an inference to this article, this year when the class was talking to Ms.Parker she told us she used to be in the army and they have thousands of jobs for ladies and men. She said she couldn't do it so she dropped out and became a teacher but what she got from the army was that she was stronger, healthy, and more organized with a lot of things. I still don't think women should be in an army.
